January Extra Blog Post
It's been slow at mentorship. There hasn't been much business lately at the kiosk, but hopefully it'll pick up. I haven't been getting as many hours as usual, but hopefully I'll get to work more soon. So far, I'm doing pretty well on my mentorship hours. In one of my previous blog posts, I said that my mentor's sales were dropping, but maybe I will try to offer some input on how to improve sales.

My mentor is the owner of the business named Alex Ahmed

Blog 11: Holiday Project Update
1. It is important to
consistently work on your senior project, whether it is break or we are in
school. What did you do over the break
with your senior project?
Yes it is important that you constantly work on your project
since there is a lot of information to be gathered. I put in some hours with my
mentor this break.
2. What was the most
important thing you learned from what you did, and why? What was the source of what you learned?
I learned that the time of season doesn't necessarily affect
sales, for example the Christmas season, sales were expected to be high but
they did not turn out to be. My mentor was my main source since I spent most of
my hours with him.
3. If you were going
to do a 10 question interview on questions related to answers for your EQ, who
would you talk to and why?
I would talk to my mentor since he is very knowledgeable on
business, I think he would be able to answer my questions and help me.
